It came with software that would not install after numerous attempts and wasted time. Then I called customer support and learned that it was obsolete. I had to download something else from their website. I think the drive should have come with a warning label that the user would have to call customer support, since the software already on it was obsolete.

Loads of storage in a wallet size device

I am a movie/film producer. This is a huge problem. I am now waiting for Best Buy to open so I can get a new one before a media trip. Great way to waste my time.
