I have almost 2200 movies on it plugged into my router to run Plex off it, and it does it well. USB 3.0 is dumb fast, I hate waiting and the is very little wait with this drive. The drive is small and light, so portability is easy. Also, works great with Mac, Windows and Chromebook.

Unfortunately, it failed in just 2 months. I was using it as storage, not for a backup so I will have to dig much data out of my back-up drive.
