Bought this to move older photos and video off main drive in my laptop. Good size capacity but average on speed. Videos clock sometimes when streaming from the drive but that's ok i didn't purchase it for that merely for storage. Lots of space for the price.

Wow, while IT badgers me at work for taking up too much space (I kid you not), getting this little piece of hardware which plugs in to my many USB ports--voila! IT is off my back. Windows 10,8.1,8, and 7 all access it readily and life is grand.

I literally bought this because it was the best/fastest shipped option I had in response to a failing NAS drive. - it got to me before my previous drive failed, saved me a bunch of headache, so it did the job I like the size (very portable), write speeds are acceptable, now it's my little porable hard drive while I re-think my NAS situation.

I waited a while before buying this because I wasn't sure if it would work for me. It is great! Super easy to use and works well, I take lots of pictures and didn't want to use all my computer space.

I have several backup/external drives for larger art files etc.. Bought this drive when a recent Microsoft update forced us to wipe and reinstall the operating system. This drive was a LIFE saver. Intuitive and easy to use. Great purchase.

If you need more memory space this will give you just about all the space you will need. My son needs much more space than his computer gives him so this was the best and easiest solution for his problem. There was no need to buy another computer.

I needed extra space for some documents. This was truly plug-and-play. I have just left it connected to my computer. I am routinely saving to and opening from this drive, with no speed issues or problems at all.

This product is very nice. It's got many safety features and protections for you and your device. At this point it is the best device I've ever owned. Very very happy with my purchase! I 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for something large that will last for a while.

This product has a nice durable design. Easily compatible with Windows and Mac products. Also, transfers files from device to device with ease. I highly recommend this product and I’ll probably be purchasing another one.

The WD - My Passport Ultra 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is a nifty little external hard drive at a great price. Its size is small enough for convenient travel but large enough not to get misplaced. It has a fast transfer rate and is powered by the computer it is connected to.

Really this hard drive was great the design and size was awesome. Unfortunately I think it is a bit sensitive I dont expect a hard drive with platters to survive a fall from to high but from three feet it should have. This was after the 30 return and I didn't get the protection on it. If you get this product just do not drop it at all.

The passport external drive does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s nice that it offers an adapter for both types of USB ports. My only wish is that it came with a small case to keep it together with the cord, as I tend to lose or mix my cords up.

This hard drive works as expected. Feels sturdy yet not heavy. Very portable
