Works perfectly for anything I need to save on my laptop or for saving video game data.

Have not had a single problem with using this with my xbox one or any other device that I have tried.

I bought this external HDD to help supplement my new SSD when my old disk failed on me. For the price and getting 2TB, it was worth it. I'm able to keep all of my games and music on the drive while being able to keep my solid state available for the operating system and more integral software I need immediately at boot up. One downside is that even though it's the recommended hard drive for gaming storage, I do find it takes some time when I first launch a game to get everything up to speed and running. I knew this would most likely be the issue going in, and overall it doesn't detract from it's value. This is a great hard drive and easily worth purchasing for anyone who needs a companion for their internal drive or to keep expanding space as needed.

I bought this for a gift and he loved it. Was able to free up a ton of space on his Xbox One which helped in downloading new games without loosing anything at all. Before he got this he had to delete things just to get a new game.

This product is perfect. It was beyond simple to use. Just plug it straight in to your xbox 1 and follow a couple simple steps. I have all my games ready to go at all times and don't have to worry about deleting any games because I'm out of space.

I bought this drive to expand the storage on my xbox one. I couldn't be happier with the performance so far. Holds tons of games. I think I have about 54 games mixed between xbox one and backwards compatible xbox 360 games and it hasn't even filled half the drive.

I happen to be one who doesn't know much about external HDD's. So I picked this one up in hopes of a simple space holder with no need to read any instructions, and that's exactly what I got. I use this for my PC and have installed games on it. I don't know the performance for Xbox, but for PC gaming, it didn't seem to run the games smoothly. However this is the opinion of someone who was using a non-gaming laptop. Either way if you need extra space in an easy to carry form factor, this is what you need.
