Bought for my son

I called best buy customer service and they shipped out another asap and it made it in time for xmas. I was really happy about the shipping snafu. My son was happy as well overall win win. The product does what it needs to do and we have plenty of space for storage. It is worth the price.

Works but doesnt power down

I've had two other hard drives as external storage on the XBox One and they did not do this.
