I will never buy one of these drives again. It failed after 52 days, mostly sitting on a shelf. I literally ran the drive on and off for probably 10 hours, and of course because it's out of warranty, (a mere 20 consecutive days), I lose. Yes I backed up. But COME ON WD!!!! The least you could do is replace this lemon.

Not very good. I bought it to use a a HD for my files. I. Use it with a Mac Pro. The disk is the slowest of all the disks I have. I even wonder if it is broken every time I connect it. It takes at least 2 minutes to show. I have decided it will not be in my bag when going to work. It is not trustworthy.

This is a really nice drive that looks great next to any Xbox One (S, X, or the original) and it was a nice replacement for my WD My Passport drive that I was using. The fact that it includes 2 months of Game Pass Ultimate is also a nice bonus as that on its own is $30. As far as performance it seems to be a bit better than the internal drive on my One X, though the difference isn't significant.

Greatly improves the speed of my gaming. Games like DOA 6, And other loading intensive games actually seem faster on the loading speed. Assembly was super simple and I transferred all my games from my 1GB hdd to this one. Took a little while but it did it all. Note - this drive says it's for XBOX One , I did not see anything on the box where it would work on PC. Did not test for that. Used the drive as it is intended. Bonus- they included 2 free months of XBOX Ultimate in the box. When I redeemed the codes, it said I would get an extra month if I had auto pay enabled. So for each code, which was 2 in the box on the piece of paper, I actually got 4 free months which is nice to not have to pay until March of Next Year. Worth the retail price to purchase an upgrade for your system, especially since games are not getting smaller they are getting bigger (Yes we're talking 50gb+ games! )

Easy install, just plug it in, format it and start saving your games to it. Perfect size. It will be quite a while until I have to start deleting games again to make room for more. Very happy with this

I have had this 3TB external hard drive for a week now and it works great. I haven't had any problems with it and I recommend it if you're in the market for one without having to break the bank.

Works very well with my XBOX One X. With games getting larger every year it is so nice to have the extra storage space. The look of the hard drive is very clean and the 2 months of XBOX Game Pass is definitely the icing on the cake. If you need extra storage don't hesitate to pick this up. Gaming season is upon us!

It’s a typical hdd but is has a large capacity of 3TB and comes with 2 months of game pass for free. It looks sturdy with its casing that’s in black and white

The Western Digital P10 XBOX drive is the perfect solution for your XBOX storage woes. I've gown tired of having to delete stuff off my XBOX every time I get a new game. Now I don't have to. My big concern was how an external drive would affect load times. I'm happy to say load time differences have been unnoticeable. To get it going just plug it in, watch for the on-screen prompt, and follow the directions. You can even move games from your internal drive to the P10. Most of us run low on XBOX storage space. If you're in that camp, get one of these.

This is a great hard drive for the Xbox, but can also be used on PS4 or even just as a regular external drive for your PC. Packaging: The hard drive comes packaged quite nicely in a hard plastic shell inside a cardboard box. Everything is very secure and you shouldn't have to worry about it moving or anything during shipping. Inside the box is also the "instructions", USB cable, and code for 2 months of XBox GamePass Ultimate (not sure if this is standard for this drive or just a bonus, so I won't consider that in my rating. Looks: This hard drive looks great and will fit right alongside your xbox, or even you PS4. However, if you are using it with anything other than an XBox, just be aware it does have XBox branding on it, but not overbearing. The drive is a bit industrial looking, so it may not fit in well if you are going for a more traditional/business look. Setup and Performance: Setup is super simple. It comes with instructions, but I don't think those are even needed. It's basically two steps: 1. Plug it in. 2. Follow the prompts. Depending how you want to use it, the Xbox will give you the option to either format it (to use it as a game drive), or not (to use it as a media drive). I chose to format it as a game drive. Then it asks if you want to use it as the default location to install games. I chose yes, since I am out of storage on my internal drive. That's it; setup complete. What is there to really say about performance? It is a hard drive and performs about as expected. I loaded up some games on it and played them and didn't notice any real differences either way from the stock hard drive. This is a good thing. With something like storage, if you are noticing it, it's probably a bad thing. This hard drive just works. Conclusion: This hard drive is packaged well, will look great next to your systems, is super simple to setup, and does exactly what it's intended to do; add a ton of storage to your consoles.

Got it in may for my Xbox it stopped working in January for no apparent reason

Wouldn’t sync to my Xbox out of the box. Had to return.

Did not work when plugged into my Xbox nor my laptop.

Great drive! It worked perfectly on my Xbox One S. I simply plugged it in, let my console read it, and then I could use it to store my games. I have no problem with this device. It arrived on time and in great condition.

The order arrived quickly. The device was easy to set up and I would certainly recommend it.

Came in very handy. We were running out of space and this came in very handy
