Replacement Hard Drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy did a great job. Available quickly. Easy install into my Western Digital My Cloud EX2 NAS unit. The system recovered quickly and easily. I believe that WD should have covered this quickly for free, but they were exceptionally unhelpful. Their products seem pretty good but their service stinks.
