Works Fine, Noisy After Using SSDS For Years
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this recently to expand my storage and tranfrer data from some of my smaller extrnal drives. It works fine. (I did have to downlod a third party software to properly set up the unallocated storage.). This drive was nosiy when transferring files. I thought it would be less noisy after the transfers, but it is not. No other complaints.

Good drives
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got three of these they all passed clean in bad blocks and smart checks. They are not overly loud, but I would not them on a system that sits in my desk, entertainment center, etc... Seem to be a good value / quality initially, I have not them long enough to speak in durability. I did pick them up in store to avoid small container shipping.

Bigger than a WD Passport but holds a lot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bigger than a WD Passport but holds a lot. Needed one drive instead of multiple thumb drives & multiple passport hard drives. Newer model holds so much I can copy data & wipe/crush all the older hardware.

Raid array degraded
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My home NAS had a drive failure. I needed a replacement asap, as i dont have hot swaps. I've always liked WDC red drives over Seagate. I'm still running a NAS with 8x 2TB reds from 2012 for 24/7. Runs solid. My unraid server has 20tb x 14 all reds.
