Don't care for this Internet Security Software

Ever since I switched my computer runs like crap (screen freezes, constantly tells me webpage not responding, page not found and runs like a sloth) I would chalk it up to lesson learned except it's mine until the subscription runs out. Look at other options, trust me....

Average anti-virus

Awful experience

Can't use on android

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Kasperky but it was time to renew and Best Buy no longer carry that so I went with Webroot and am very happy. I like the fact that it is Web Based so I don't have to worry about updates. So far it works great and is less obtrusive and the scans are way faster.

It was suppose to be $29.99, they charged me $39.99. You have to digitally download Webroot and the system would not let me in. I was.on the phone with your representative for almost one hour with no satisfaction . They say it takes their system 24 hours to load before they can cancel the acct that I was over charged and issue a new one. UNACCEPTABLE.

Picked this one for my Mac, paid the established $30 in the webpage, now, it's forcing me to accept the terms of paying $50 annually to renew. If I don't accept the automatic yearly renewal, I'm not allowed to download the antivirus that I paid for.
