If it needs to be replaced, they only give you something "similar." For a few hundred dollars, I decided to go without.

I had to go online to set up. The steps were not easy to follow. While I was on line trying to set up WEBROOT it asked for my phone number. I then got a call , and was told to punch in numbers , and the man took over my computer, for over 2 HOURS , supposedly setting up my computer. He never asked for the code numbers on the back of the WEBROOT box. Then I was asked if I wanted to buy a $19.99 service also. I told him no and hung up. I shut down the computer. I then called a computer expert to check on viruses , and clean the computer. I have a more trusted name protecting my computer and it is not WEBROOT. This Review should not get any stars, and BESTBUY should drop this item .
