As we all know, Microsfot does NOT send pop up ads with numbers to call them. I think webroot should have caught this. It froze my computer and I had to reboot.

Once it is time for you to renew all of a sudden you have all these viruses and can't use your laptop. I ended up having to bring my computer to geek squad because it turned off and did not turn on for 2 days.
