I don't really like the interface and there are not a lot of customizations. As far as detection and protection I think it does ok though. For now I'll stick with my usual anti-virus though.

He went into a glowing assessment of WebRoot... saying this was an amazing new virus software that truly does the job. Turns out it IS new but poorly rated and has the most profit for Best Buy to push. Came back to find out out why that sales person recommended so highly but found out he was a 2-day a week part-timer. To BB's credit they took it back no problem as well as a couple of other purchases. Buyer beware. My fault. Nice people but don't accept recommendations except from a professional with nothing to gain from your purchase. I will say tht the price of the HW config was the best beating Amazon.
