However I use other products and services (I won't mention directly here since they're competitors of Webroot). I'm certain that the less tech-savvy user would benefit from this additinal piece of software installed on their system for proactive monitoring, but it's kinda hard to install something on CD when new systems don't have a CD drive in them...

Data trans, I don't have office or word.... What a mess in all aspects of geek squad! No malware!! If you speak with Mary Swanson, Davenport, Iowa geek squad manager, Do not be upset with her, she will scold you, hang up on you, and not do anything to help!

Bogged down my Mac computer

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

I find that once you load a trial, the remnants of it linger and pop up if you make another choice after the trial. Since I there was a virus scanner I use, adding this would muck things up. No thanks. So it was a waste - and I couldnt even give it away.

I have no idea if this is a good product or not because I don't use. I tried not to take it. Had to cart it home. And then dispose of it. Since I suspect it is somehow tied to my reward number, I felt I couldn't give it to someone else. So it quickly reached file 13. I gave it 1 star because I had to choose a star-level. For those who like it, more power to you.

But when I got it home and booted up guess what I found, webroot was on my computer. so much for a clean install.
