So far we haven't had any problems or constant annoying pop-ups from this internet security program. Better than our previous program that constantly had pop-ups whenever we used the PC.

I have not had any problems. I didn't need Geek squad to do this for me. Very easy to get the program working on my computer. Just follow the directions and take the time to read through things and you will be fine.Geek squad is always available if you need them.

Have not experienced its effectiveness or features much yet but reviews by computer-oriented magazine review make it sound comparable to other antivirus at a good price. It installed easily. It was a bit hard to peal back the cover over the product code to view it.

Free with tech purchase and can be used on other devices (up to 3). Wether it does the job I don't know because I dont really want to download malware or virus to see if it detects it.

Haven’t used it yet but plan on using it once I have time .....I’m working all these jobs to pay for Christmas...So I’m hoping early spring I can install it and actually use it.

Invested in the Web Root product. Definitely worth the money compared to other brands.

i have never used a webroot product before. The product seems to be working flawlessly.

We probably won't know how good the protection is until we never have a security issue.

Received a free trial and am pleased. my computer is running smooth and the defender does not pop up multiples times causing annoyance. Only once on the computer start up and if any malicious activity commences it will alert you but great all around defender too! a must get!

Geek Squad installed this for us. We have it on other computers in the house and have so far dodged all the nasty stuff out there that is affecting people. It's the best software for protection I have ever used. Low impact to performance, and nothing is getting through.

This was free when I bought the laptop. I just wish it wasn't limited to just a year. I love the ease of installation and that I could install on 2 other devices since it covers up to 3.

No problems with this product. The only problem was that the service person did not say that I needed to put it in place. After I found out that detail, everything went well.
