Sorry but just telling you the truth. We are just not willing to risk it anymore, and we use to use it exclusively. We have better service with the free virus software out there and all I will say it starts with a P. Web-root your competition is beating you step up your game.

Now trying to reinstall and can't get it to understand it is reinstall. Rhe rep and MICROSOFT/HP were veriy nice and wantes to uninstall macafee before reinstall of the product here. They were to call next day and finish helpimf secure software. I can not get the website to understand i have difital key code already

I never installed it, I never activated it, I never registered it. HOWEVER, I get a notice from my credit card company 6 months later that I am going to be charged for my automatic renewal of this product. You will need to go into your subscriptions and turn it off.
