Talked to 11 different reps from bb cs to webroot cs to bb store managers and were told its only a 6 month promo code and the only thing that can be done is to repurchase! We are completely done w bb after this situation and we were loyal bb customers and bb cardholders for 20+ years!!!

It's free from buying MacBookPro, but I just ended up not using it! It's too hassle to install! No way to install this! They do the remote access to try to install this but they still CANNOT install this. In the end, it's too much and I decided to just throw this away and go back to Avast AntiVirus!

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!
Crashed My Computer

I was very sadddened that this product was of such poor quality, it took HOURS for me to get my computer to reboot to factory settings after the crash this product caused.
