Not exactly what I had expected

It turned out this software was worth less than what I paid for it - NOTHING! Had problems with it and went back to using the tried and true Kaspersky SW. Should have saved myself the trouble of loading and removing the Webroot SW!

When I downloaded it and looked at the account information, it said it expires in January of the following year. That only provides me with a half year of protection. If I knw this was just for the year 2018, I would not have gotten it and gone with something else.

I am unfamiliar with this program and already had an unlimited copy of McAfee so I used that. I cannot recommend this program since I did not try it. My overall rating is low for the same reason. I would rather have had the opportunity to refuse the program in favor of a discount on the computer.

Problems

I had pop ups, severely damaged files (when I just took it out of the computer out of the box) and a bad headache. I ended up returning the computer and getting a better product. I wish you success if you get this product.

And he said, ‘I didn’t install this because this was very sketchy.. companies like this will hold your laptop hostage if you do not renew THEIR security ‘ and you know he is right. I wasted $50 but learned a great lesson! Get your security FREE and BETTER thru AT&T as a customer!!
