Webroot could not incorporate the key to extend my subscription - told me to disable current key, and replace, then after six months reinstall old key, with all the advances today?#!$ Not good for this company.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Had issues coming out of the box with the computer and went to Champaign where the Geek squad fixed the computer but recommended something else but it had already been loaded getting up and ready. Inconsistent information was given from the salesperson from the Geek Squad.

When I tried to install it, it said it had already been installed. Several chats back and forth with them didn’t resolve the issue. I gave up and went with a company I’ve used before without any problems.

The Best Buy rep is trying to push this product even if you might have AV already on the PC you bought.

Installed on a Macbook and it didn't run right. I only used it because it was free with the laptop I purchased, I uninstalled it and am using Trend Micro.
