I deleted it and it erased my upgrade to windows 10 i had to do a hard reset and am back to windows does 7 and get get my free update anymore. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!

Didn't want, didn't use

It was "given" to me along with an additional charge when I got service for a laptop. I wasn't allowed to separate this purchase from the service. Didn't want it, didn't use it. I have my own security software that I'm happy with ESET.

It is not a good product and has nothing to offer other than annoying you with pop up that constantly run in the background. I would not recommend this. There are too many other options that are much better.

Packaging difficult to read in broken English.All clicks led back to the homepage. No one answered the phone. After 2 days of calling, product was returned to store.

The user is supposed to scratch off a code on the box and use the code to download the software product. That's great however it's near impossible to scratch off the code without obliterating it! Put the code INSIDE the box!
