It comes with every computer you buy from BestBuy and I just throw them out now. I use Eset nod32. Wish BestBuy would too. It has very little effect on the OS and does 3 times as much.

There was a short and the system was shutting down after 15 seconds. What a disappointment! I returned it the next day and all Best Buy had tosay was: it happens

It never appeared to detect any Virus or Malware issues for the 3 months in operation, so I have no idea that it ever provided the protection it stated. Therefore, I did NOT extend the contract.

Worth what I paid for it, nothing

It does not detect any issues. It says all is ok but yet my computer is very slow, the speakers don't work and my laptop operates poorly.

It cost me money to get rid of virus and to deinstall Webroot!

Was told I didn't need it and not to load it as I had a better antivirus program already. Can't sell it and don't need it but had to buy it--this doesn't seem right.
