AND I gave them the IP address and everything. Yep. AND paid them to clean my computer from whatever report my computer was sending them. HA! silly me. Therefore, I purchased Webroot/Geek squad service from Best Buy to clean whatever the fake caller may have put into my computer. No problem so far.

So far everything seems to be running smooth - no detected threats and PC continues operating at optimum speed. Apparently there is an extra layer that protects you against identity theft but I haven't gotten around to activating this protection as yet.

SO FAR SO GOOD
