For the sale price it was a must purchase ... product installed easily. Will make another post if there is ever a problem to report.

Having this one our computers has given us a better sense is security. It has saved our systems a few times and having Geek Squad to clean things up is worth every penny spent.

I upgraded my security on my new computer and decided to try webroot. so far I have had no issues and it seems to be doing its job

I feel this product is good and easy to install. I fell the maker of the product could cut cost buy not selling an empty disk cast.

Just renewed Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security for second year. I was hacked with previous security protection. So for this system has protected my computer and have NOT had any problems.

I absolutely refuse to own and operate a computer without the safety measures and firewalls that WEBROOT provides. Geek Squad has been most accommodating in helping me to both install and maintain WEBROOT over the years. In this dangerous era of computer viruses and hacking, WEBROOT is a lifesaver for me. The advanced Cybersecurity is conducive to preventing hacking from occurring, in fact. I am able to scan my computer using WEBROOT, in real time, which is useful. I can't give this product a valid rating since I didn't get a chance to use the product. I returned it with my computer purchase.

The Geek Squad installed the WEBROOT security system in our three computers. I found working with the Agents very easy and would rate all of them as excellent. One was in-store and two were by remote.

Usually I struggle with knowing which anti virus to buy but this purchase was offered with my laptop purchase.

Everyone needs some kind of virus protection on their computers. This was part of the package & installed by the Geek Squad.

Adequate as a router,modem. I reviewed the purchase with the Comcast installer after finding out that the prior modem I had would not meet the necessary specs for cable TV/internet. Installation was easy.

Have used for years now, easy to use. Would recommend for anyone to purchase and install on your computers.

Really good antivirus and it will definitely protect your laptop. I don't see any issues with this antivirus.

Replaced McAfee software with Webroot after my PC was infected by a virus. Geek Squad agent said McAfee couldn't catch a cold:-)

I received this after buying a new laptop from best buy for free. I installed it on my wife's computer and it detected a lot of harmful things. once it finished her computer ran much faster and smoother.

I had my son install this because I am not a "computer type" citizen. Anyway, my son recommended it, I purchased it, he installed it and nothing bad has happened. Ergo, it must be working just fine.

Christmas gifts. Problem with this is that the code should be in the box. When remove sticker from back unable to read numbers. Had to go in Best Buy for the code

Software was decent. Although there are better options, this is a safe option for protection. The installation was easy.

My PC was in a BSOD Mode and had to undergo a Factory Restore as a result, so Geek Squad installed Webroot as a source of security. I have not had any problems. It does the job and works perfectly fine.
