I needed to get a good virus protection because of all the hacks going on and I'm nervous about it. I wanted to protect my identity. So far this seems to be doing its job!

Only have had the software since Christmas. So far no issues. Easy to install.

This product is doing a good job so far. It is nice that you get a trial to see if it is the security for your needs.

Webroot is doing it work decent. No issues and it won't slow down the system like other anti virus softwares did.

This has been great protection for our computer used for college classes. It provides seemless protection without making it difficult to surf and visit websites to complete course work

Works good for my laptop but I know when the subscription is up I will be using the standard windows internet security.

This software came with my new laptop, so far I'm very happy with it, unlike my desktop computer using other well known software which slow it down and with all the warning pop up windows, Webroot does not slow down my laptop at all and no crazy pop up windows to put up with. At this point I'm not longer using my desktop, I don't need the frustration. One more thing, Webroot was highly recommended by the guys at the Geek Squad and at a better price than most others software

Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security. It's a virus protection for your computer. Similar products such as McAfee and Norton's all do basically the same thing but Webroot is less expensive.

Not bad. Included with my computer purchase. I haven't been infected with anything yet so that's a good thing.

This internet security is a free trial that I received free with my laptop. I opted to install Norton which came free of charge with my cable subscription.

This product is protecting our machine. Priced too high, but no choice but to buy it to keep viruses at bay.

It came free with our purchase of iPad and who doesn’t love free?! Since iPad is for our four year old this comes in handy since they can open adds not knowing it can contain a virus.

This is very easy to use and probably one of the least expensive products like this available. I'm very happy with this product and don't anticipate ever changing.

This product came with the purchase of a new laptop. Once the introductory period ended, I purchased the security because it does a good job of keeping my laptop virus-free

I am not positive about this application, but I have not experienced any hacking in the 3-4 weeks that I have had my computer, so I am assuming that tit is doing great. Also, I am not sure what the questions about Best Buy Program member is. I have signed up for best buy support for many years on my system. Also, I have had Best Buy Credit Card, and used to use the Friend Card for years, and purchased many items there since the best buy in this area opened years ago !! Also my sons shop at Best Buy and both got their most current computers at Best Buy and both have worked great for many years !! Plus we enjoy and use the Best Buy points!!

I recently purchased a new and very expensive laptop from Best Buy. The knowledgeable sales girl advised me to also get this Anti Virus software. This seemed like a good idea given all of the hacking that cyber criminals are perpetrating on everyone from our President on down . So far the software seems to be working. As far as i can tell my new computer remains virus free.

Easy to install...no disc or flash drive, just code...for someone not as confident with computers, it was not a problem for me to install. So far, so good with security.
