My computer was hacked and vandalized. It was a mess. The geek squad fixed it and since I have webroot protection, it has kept me out of trouble.

I like eset better but this one does the job. It slows down the system though.

That said, it's not something i would have purchased on my own, but having it now, is really something that's grown on me. After the install, it's simple to use and it's only been a short time but I haven't had any issues yet. Where it is not a "free" security suite, there aren't pop ups and upgrade offers that open event time you turn on the computer. It was a nice add on and I'd even say it's worth the price but I don't have much experience comparing $30.00 security suits but it's much better than the "free" or "included" ones I'm used to using.

This has been a good antivirus software. Easy to use and performs good.

Being from the older generation I was a little worried about installation without a disc, but it was very easy to install. Thanks

Easy to use and very effective. Provides excellent protection for my laptop and desk top. Follow-up from Geek Squad is thorough and appreciated.

Had to change my security devise in my computer and did not know how to do it I am not a computer person so when I needed Geek Squad was there for me to help I took both computers to the store and they changed out my security program for me in both and it did not take that long I stayed and waited for it to be done it only took a few minutes for the change over and with my Protection plan it just cost me the price of the security plan no other cost the geek squad is the best I truly rely on them for things great place to shop

I was using a couple of other anti-virus products over the last couple years and was just not happy. All of them seemed to bog down my computer especially when it came to updating the virus definitions. I ended up getting a laptop with a free version of webroot and I have now converted all my home computers to it. It seems to run really well and as far as I can tell keeps my family safe. It has some nice features like letting you know if your web search is safe and seems to protect real time very well. This will be our AV of choice from now on!
