I dont know if is useful or not, but at least I dont have problem with viruses..

For a guy that is not that knowledgeable in the IT field, I feel this program works as well as any I have had in the past.

Great product for virus protection for the laptop. Only issue is that only 6 months was provided free initially.

The computer works well, but several things were different from the Dell laptops I was used to, e.g. turning off the computer. No instructions came with computer and they would have helped me, I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why the computer wouldn't turn or off after I'd been using it for about 2 months. Fortunately a Geek member gave me the very simple solution over the phone..

Like the idea of protection. used Web root for several years. and so far so good.

I have been using Webroot for almost 7 years now and I have never once had an issue with any of the computers I have gone through and I am always given an update on how the computer is doing from Webroot. I love that it runs in the back round and that you can click on it at anytime to get a current diagnostic of how the computer is doing or if there seems to be any malicious ware or suspicious files. I have recommended this to multiple friends and even convinced one of them to install this system in to their computer.
