This software package came with the recently purchased Dell Inspirion my wife got me. I had a previous HP Envy that crashed and burned due to a nasty virus. After several attempts, Webroot was able to completely clean the virus and the malware from the "newly" created external hard drive. Webroot is doing great at staying updated; albeit is does need a regular connection to the internet, which is difficult giving my current location.

WebRoot has done a great job so far. It works on it's own to protect your computer and doesn't have pop ups about upgrading because you are missing this or that. It also has not interfered with any programs or files as other programs do to the point of causing the computer to crash.

This product was recommended to me by the store associate when I purchased several electronic devices. I have had no problems and feel protected from viruses while online. So far, so good!

This was easy to install, very user friendly. Really like that it can be used on multiple devices.

This is great because I don't have to worry about things that could possibly happen with my laptop. I am careful about the websites that I go on. However, I know that this will help keep all of the extra things I don't need on my laptop, so I get the most out of my computer.

My wife and I were victims of malware attacks and the service and software we had could not meet our new needs in a professional and courteous manner. We contacted Best Buy, where we had purchased my laptop, and the Geek Squad came to our rescue. They were then and remain now our heroes. I am 70 years old and need customer service people who are patient and understanding. The responding Geek Squad and the store team were GREAT!

Webroot came recommended to me and I believe it will provide security for all three of my devices.

Recieved a pop-up that my laptop was infected with a virus. Didn't use it since. 3 years later I realized geek squad could help. I can finally use my laptop for my boys to continue their homework conveniently. They recommended this to clean up. One laptop is still slow though. I will follow up to see why

Great antivirus that I got for free. It works well and does it's job, along with a little extra.

I have used several brands and WebRoot works but I prefer some others because of the ease of use and user interation and review of scans. Best Buy over the years wants to include the Virus Protection of their choice whereas I would prefer to get the "free" or included protection of my choice not theirs>

So far this product has worked great! I am typically a Mac user so I don’t always have security software on my computer. I haven’t had any issues with this product thus far.
