Great product

When I purchased this I was reluctant, but glad that I had it when needed. About 6 months into my new computer usage, my computer was acting really weird. I had no idea what was going on. I called the help number for webroot, and actually got help from a live person. It was great! They talked me through the entire process, and stayed on the phone with me until it was completely solved.
