My biggest complaint is with multiple coverage. Somewhere along the line, I picked up a 6-mos. version of Webroot in addition to the 1-year version and just discovered that when I bought a new laptop. Bestbuy/Geek Squad, SOMEONE, should have a way to alert customers that they are paying for double coverage. Of course, customers (this one) should also know what was purchased, but I was a bit put out that it had happened.
