I installed per instructions provided and received confirmation of installion. However, she is constantly getting emails or pops up that say it isn't installed. I've confirmed on her webroot account that it in fact says it is installed...uugghh and annoyed.

However, I still got a virus on my laptop, which had to be removed by geek squad. I was not on any questionable websites, just Facebook. It should have detected the malware beforehand, but didn’t. As a result, I’m not sure I can recommend.
