It gets rid of the problems without bogging down my computer like Norton or Mcaffee have when I've used them. It was a little trickier to install the second time than the first, but but I got it done. As with other anti-virus software, it's much cheaper to buy it the first time than to renew online.

It's done the job so far...

This is my first experience with Webroot and Best Buy uploaded for me when they set up my new laptop. Thus far, I've had no issues with Webroot.
