A disk is not included within the package, only download directions. My attempts to download software led me to a party that tried to upsell me additional unwanted programs before they would complete the download process. I called the Geek Squad when I felt something was amiss with this procedure. The Geeks solve the problem efficiently.

It comes highly recommended by PC Magazine and others. It does the job extremely well so far. While I am no technical expert, I am very happy with how quickly WEbroot scans/does it's work. Read the on online reviews for a better recommendation - I will buy it when the trial period ends.
