Great security service

I could not get it renewed properly. Just called the Geek Squad and they talked me right through it. GreT protect too

I really see little benefit to this software over the Avast that I have on 3 other devices. Also, although it says I can use it on 3 devices, I am only able to use it on new devices and only for a year.

Pretty good virus software

I just I would have researched virus protection software before I purchased this one because around the holidays (Thanksgiving andChristmas) several retailers are having deals and I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. Webroot is specific to Best Buy but I could have purchased another brand that does the same thing for cheaper. I also had a little trouble pulling the tab off to reveal the code for installation on the back of the case but I finally figured it out. Overall good product.
