I called the Geek Squad and they provided a code that allowed me to get the download and now seems to be working fine with no issues.

Feel Secure

It was installed for me by the geek squad or help team. They logged into my computer and did it overnight. That was a bit odd but they communicated the process and all went well. I want to place it on my phone next as several tools can be secured.

Good protection for older systems

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Webroot seems to be better suited for older machines with a smaller footprint to bog the processor down less. Other than that, I could not really say if it's better than the Symantec Endpoint that I currently use.
