It's Great

My only issue is that I usually have to call Geek Squad to help with multiple devices; particularly when the service overlaps. They have always been able to help.

Non-intrusive lightweight security

My purchase of a new laptop came with a 3 month trial subscription (they used to do a year; no matter it's great stuff). Webroot has a minimal footprint on your resources and will not drag down system performance like McAfee. Ditch Mac and head for Webroot; you won't be sorry!

Program recommended by Geek Squad rep & works well

I am unsure whether this Windows voice that talked on my computer while it was open that tried to get me to call a number for help could have been stopped by any anti-virus program. Geek Squad tech support was fabulous and indicated this type of issue could occur without my doing anything.
