Free with computer purchase

Runs in the background. Don't even notice that it is there. We had Kaspersky on our Microsoft desktop and laptop. We were very happy with it, but told by Geek Squad techs Webroot is better. Still have Kaspersky on our laptop.

You need to call it up periodically because a recent scan didn't notify me that it identified a problem that needed to be fixed and required permission.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security (3-Device) is the best product/value that I have used. No bloat ware here. Very efficient. You don't even know that it's running until it finds a problem. Don't waste your money on malware programs that take over your computer and hog memory.

Best security for your computer

The sales clerk that recommend the computer to also recommend the Webroot softwear. So far so good with surfing the net and the Webroot seems to be faster and more reliable then norton.

I forgot all about it and the wonderful tech team emailed me that my old one expired and time to get a new one, at a discount no less. Without them I would have been at risk. Thank you Best Buy.
