They answered right away with the knowledge of how to help. we took care of problem immediately. they stayed with me until I was up and running on my own and always asked 'Is there anything else we can do?' they were terrific life savers in my eyes.

I did have the geek squad remove the McAfee that came with the new computer. I didn't want the two to conflict after the McAfee trial expired. I've encountered that annoying problem on my old computer and wanted to avoid the problems it causes. So far I haven't had any issues with Webroot.

Waste of product materials. Only thing inside of box is the install code. Could just preinstall on device and not waste packaging materials.

Second choice

This time, the Webroot was recommended. Not sure why. I think I could have added the second laptop to my Kaspersky and saved this cost.

I wouldn’t say this is an amazing antivirus software. Since the initial subscription is free for the first six months, it is okay to use it for regular browsing safety.

Nice program that does not require a lot space

It will be interesting how well it does on the long run. I plan to subscribe once my free trial period expires
