I do not understand why Webroot was installed by Best Buy and why I paid $39 for it when I was assured by the salesperson that Apple does not require a security program. But what is done is done and I am so very pleased with our iMac that I am not going to be concerned over this purchase. If someone needs a program like Webroot, it is certainly much cheaper than McAfee, so for price alone I would recommend it.

Purchased a go computer and webroot came free with purchase.I have renewed 2 yearly.worth every dime for peace of mind renew webroot McAfee does the rest protects from viruses .

It seems to work fine doesn't slow my computer down like some other internet security programs I've had in the past . It came free with my laptop purchase. Overall I'm satisfied with this product.

Great software. I recommend it for anyone who is going to get a new laptop or computer. It was the one I was required by the employee and I I don't have any problem with it recently. All good or great

We took my wife's PC to the Geek Squad to remove a malicious software that had infected her PC. She opted for the expanded protection coverage that included the installation of Webroot software for 3 PC's so I also put it on my PC. It seems to be much better than the products we were previously using

The only reason I'm not giving this product five stars is because it's a recent purchase and I'd like to see how it performs as time goes on. So far it appears to be updating and running without problems.

I love the way when you sign on the computer a screen pops you reminding you of all the things on your computer that is being protected. it gives you a sense of security knowing that your system is safe.

Web Root internet security package was easy to install and use. We have had it for several months now and had no issues as of this writing . I would strongly recommend this to a friend.

I assume this product is doing it's job. It came free with my computer so no complaints here. I assume after my year is up it'll become just one more necessary/unnecessary monthly or yearly subscription.

It was very easy to use - glad we uploaded it. My son accidentally clicked on a site that infected his new PC with a virus. It took a little waiting - but the problem was corrected within an hour.

Surprisingly, it doesn't feel bloaty like most packaged or "free" protection suites. And by free I mean you get a 6 month subscription with your purchase of whatever you bought (laptop, desktop, etc.)

All seams ok so far The tech at Best Buy put this on my computer In hope it will keep it running correct I bought two HP computers and I would never get a nither they do not take care or back their product. So this new computer is a different brand and the tech said this would keep it safe

In today's day in age, we need to protect ourselves when we are viewing or purchasing some via the internet. The geek squad at Best Buy in Brownsville recommended that I purchase the insurance which included the software to protect my information and any damage to the HP product that may occur.

This security protection is very easy to use, but is a lot more expensive than other products available.
