The help you need when you want it!

It has warned me when I'm about to download a virus BEFORE I do it and has saved me a lot of problems later on. A MUST HAVE! I have recommended this to friends who already made the mistake of downloading a virus!

Never had a problem

It counts down the days until renewal for the protection. It runs scans in the background and doesn't slow down my laptop. Certain websites will have a warning about potential hazards. I am pleased with Webroot.

Complicated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I removed the sticker to get the activation code, but most of it came of with the sticker. Webroot was very helpful in activating it and then letting me know that I already had an active subscription . They had recently automatically billed my credit card so now I have 2 active subscription. The good news is that if I can come up with 6 different devices they can all be covered now. I know I cancelled the auto billing on the last one ( that is why I bought a new subscription). I think the only real option to avoid this is to cancel whatever card you buy this with.

It does pick of some programs i have as viruses, so i have to manually clear them which is a pain sometimes, but overall it's good.

I've heard good things about Webroot for years from IT professionals where I used to work, so I'm happy.
