Webroot was very helpful in activating it and then letting me know that I already had an active subscription . They had recently automatically billed my credit card so now I have 2 active subscription. The good news is that if I can come up with 6 different devices they can all be covered now. I know I cancelled the auto billing on the last one ( that is why I bought a new subscription). I think the only real option to avoid this is to cancel whatever card you buy this with.

I would recommend it to friends.

It's quietly working, not too much hassle from it and we feel safe with it. Overall we're happy with it.

It's handy

It scans so fast you don't get bored waiting. I'll observe it for the next six months and if I do not get infected... I should say this is good.
