Only con is pop ups to show blocked security takes you off the page you're on and you have to constantly go back or start all over. There should be a tiny notification box instead. Other than that it's great!!

I purchased a geek squid package and this item was installed by them put for some reason I keeping and email stating it needs to be installed this has be a bother and if it was not installed I like to know why

I like this one better. A trial came with my PC purchase but I decided to pay for the longer term. I am quite pleased. I had Advast paid edition and that program kept nagging me to buy additional upgrades.

It was nice as a "free" product for 6 months and then you will have to pay after that. It works well but you will sometimes have to make sure it is working and that is a problem at times.

I've had Webroot for 2 years, with Geek Squad involved things went well. I had Webroot several years ago and ended up waiting 45 minutes on hold for a tech, that's insane. Thank God you have Geek Squad handling your installations, They are Great and Webroot is a disgrace. Always use the Geek Squad.

Webroot software scans computer and does not overload my notebook. Simple to install by entering new product key into software application for renewal. However, new customers need to download product from the website. If you have Geek Squad, Best Buy will install sofeware for you inside the store.

I got a six month trial with the purchase of a new computer and had no complaints. My research before renewal showed this as a top pick. It can be installed on three devices so a great buy for the price.

This was recommended by the sales person as it is web-based so it is constantly updated to latest malware etc without you always downloading latest security updates. It uses far less space than McAfee/Norton. Haven't had any issues yet, it can be used on up to 3 devices, so you can add coverage to a cell phone or tablet. I did not realize that it is actually a Best Buy Geek Squad product, so they will be the ones providing all support and updates. Make sure you set up your online account to manage all devices you choose to protect with it.

The salesperson that sold me my gaming laptop said he was a gamer, and this security software didn't interfere with the gaming speed while protecting his computer info. I've found this to be the case so far.

Was given to me with my laptop purchase. I do not like using 3rd party protection on my laptop. I use windows defender and it is usually enough for me. But I have seen good stuff about this product

Nobody's been able to get into my laptop and although I use it in conjunction with more security it worked just fine for the first 5 months I used it alone.

Having run many of the competitors, including those that come pre-loaded on computers, I have never found a system that I like as much as this. I've been a huge fan of Webroot for over a decade and it is the only antivirus that I will install and I will remove anything else that competes with it.

This year is the first time I have used Webroot since the Kaspersky Internet Security no longer being sold at Best Buy. So far, I find it has less conflict with the Windows 10 OS than KIS.

It is kind of hard to review the Webroot security system since the only time you know if it is working is if you have a security problem. So far the type of problems I have had with my computer are not those.

Webroot Internet Security is a hearty bit of software that does it's job very well. I have trusted Webroot on not only the current computer, I use...yet other devices, as well. It has not let anything bad start Taking Root on my devices.

This is a renewal for me. I have had Webroot on my computers for 5+ years now. I use to use another security but didn't care for it much and talked to the computer people at Best Buy and this is what they recommended. I am so glad I listened and made the switch so many years ago!

When I purchased my new laptop the sales associate recommended Webroot Security. To be honest I never heard of it before. I purchased the 2 year subscription and it seems to be good. It's too new to me.

My grandchildren go on websites for homework which many times have viruses they are not aware of, yet webroot caught them all. Also, it wouldn’t allow hackers to get in. Thank goodness!

This is a great product. It has a small footprint so it boots up instantly. It is only operational when online the internet. The support is very good and the price point is reasonable. It is rated highly by the technical magazines. It has isolated and wiped several malwares since I have been using it

I'm not very good at computers. I couldn't get it to load. I called the phone number on the case and after trying, they told me I needed to take it back to Best Buy to get it loaded.
