I bought my HP computer and this antivirus was included 6 months free, and I am very happy with this one. It allows me to installed and protect 3 of my apple devices which was exactly what I was looking for. It does not affect the performance.

Was told by others to look at this product. After talking to the Geek squat associate, what he promised is what was delivered, a great hassle free protection for my new computer. Since I purchased this product I have convinced 6 friends about Webroot and they have Gone to Bestbuy and purchased the product.

What's not to love about free internet security... especially when you get three of them in a 6 month time period. Purchased two phones and a laptop - got one of these with each. Now I can give as presents.

This was recommended by the sales person as it is web-based so it is constantly updated to latest malware etc without you always downloading latest security updates. It uses far less space than McAfee/Norton. Haven't had any issues yet, it can be used on up to 3 devices, so you can add coverage to a cell phone or tablet. I did not realize that it is actually a Best Buy Geek Squad product, so they will be the ones providing all support and updates. Make sure you set up your online account to manage all devices you choose to protect with it.

Only con is pop ups to show blocked security takes you off the page you're on and you have to constantly go back or start all over. There should be a tiny notification box instead. Other than that it's great!!

This year is the first time I have used Webroot since the Kaspersky Internet Security no longer being sold at Best Buy. So far, I find it has less conflict with the Windows 10 OS than KIS.

Webroot software scans computer and does not overload my notebook. Simple to install by entering new product key into software application for renewal. However, new customers need to download product from the website. If you have Geek Squad, Best Buy will install sofeware for you inside the store.

I like this one better. A trial came with my PC purchase but I decided to pay for the longer term. I am quite pleased. I had Advast paid edition and that program kept nagging me to buy additional upgrades.

My grandchildren go on websites for homework which many times have viruses they are not aware of, yet webroot caught them all. Also, it wouldn’t allow hackers to get in. Thank goodness!

I purchased a geek squid package and this item was installed by them put for some reason I keeping and email stating it needs to be installed this has be a bother and if it was not installed I like to know why

I've had Webroot for 2 years, with Geek Squad involved things went well. I had Webroot several years ago and ended up waiting 45 minutes on hold for a tech, that's insane. Thank God you have Geek Squad handling your installations, They are Great and Webroot is a disgrace. Always use the Geek Squad.

I got a six month trial with the purchase of a new computer and had no complaints. My research before renewal showed this as a top pick. It can be installed on three devices so a great buy for the price.

This is a renewal for me. I have had Webroot on my computers for 5+ years now. I use to use another security but didn't care for it much and talked to the computer people at Best Buy and this is what they recommended. I am so glad I listened and made the switch so many years ago!

It was a buy for my PC. It runs in the background and scans for threats without bloating the PC. Does what it is supposed to and was affordable. I would buy again.

Was given to me with my laptop purchase. I do not like using 3rd party protection on my laptop. I use windows defender and it is usually enough for me. But I have seen good stuff about this product

I'm not very good at computers. I couldn't get it to load. I called the phone number on the case and after trying, they told me I needed to take it back to Best Buy to get it loaded.

I've been using Webroot Internet Security for about 7 years now. I hardly had any issues while using this product. It immediately detects any possible viruses that may be harmful to my laptop. I've upgraded to the 3-Device version for my kids attending college. A great buy!

Nobody's been able to get into my laptop and although I use it in conjunction with more security it worked just fine for the first 5 months I used it alone.

Having run many of the competitors, including those that come pre-loaded on computers, I have never found a system that I like as much as this. I've been a huge fan of Webroot for over a decade and it is the only antivirus that I will install and I will remove anything else that competes with it.

The salesperson that sold me my gaming laptop said he was a gamer, and this security software didn't interfere with the gaming speed while protecting his computer info. I've found this to be the case so far.
