My wife purchased this when we brought our computer in for virus cleanup she was never told that the time started at time of purchase not when installed we had 3 months to go on the one installed at time of purchase, the geek squad was to install new one when they had the pc never got installed.

I am a former McAfee user that switched to Webroot about 4 years ago, and I haven't looked back. It scans and protects and the cleaning tools have kept my PC running great. If you want an affordable and reliable Security Suite, save yourself the headache and buy Webroot, you won't be disappointed.

I guess it does what it’s supposed to do. I never got a virus with it installed but wasn’t convinced I needed it after it expired.

WebRoot allows me to run a scan anytime I feel the need. In addition, Reports are easy to understand. Webroot charts show me exactly what needs my attention. Webroot alerts me when a product is potentially hazardous to my computer. Webroot is an excellent internet security product.

I purchase a new computer and needed a anti-virus for it and the price was just right and I was able to use in on my laptop as well you can install it on three different systems

I find Geek Squad services expensive & somewhat lacking in expertise. This was a huge sum to spend at this time but at least now 3 computers have virus pro & 1 yr warranty on the computers- not so bad

Was given this for free when I bought my Mac. Don’t feel I really need it or have used it to warrant, renewing it when the free 6 months are up.

I believe the Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security is a must with all of the spam out there on the web. We haven't used it yet but we will be installing it on my wife's tablet and laptop too.

We normally use Kaspersky, but when I went through the Geek Squad for a recent problem, they recommended this. I will know more about it as I use it in the future. I'm clicking yes to recommend product, however I don't know yet if that is truly the case. There was no option for 'not sure.'

The advertising has gotten a bit worse but the product is not nearly as annoying as some of the other main ones we can think of. I'm happy with the security.

I Purchased a computer at Best Buy and receive this along with it at no additional cost . I’ve always use web root security for all of my computers and never have had any issues or concerns . I highly recommend the purchase of the security for our computers purchased.

So far, so good. Although the laptop I put this on comes pre installed with anti virus software, which is acting more like a virus, and webroot isn't eliminating it. So that's a bit difficult.

haven't had any problems with the program or installing it, just wish it lasted a little bit longer, but haven't had any problems with it to date, and it seems to be protecting my devices just fine...

Very helpful program. My laptop Toshiba was hacked and somebody wanted me to spend at least $ 200 to try to repair it. Somebody very qualified from Best Buy' s help service in Riverhead recommend this product($49) and in less than 10 minutes I cleaned m'y pc and protected for at least a year

I never got to actually install the program, it ended up getting eaten by my dog, lost all the information I needed on it, haven't contracted best buy to see if there's a copy I can obtain.

This security software came with my purchase of the Geek Squad protection I got for my new laptop. I purchased a three year protection plan, so I get three years of the security software. I was not familiar with this product, but it seems to be working well, doing periodic scans of my computer.

Still doing a good job protecting my computer. Nothing fancy about it but good job in protection. Didn't give you 5 stars because it was a bit of a headache trying to download.

I'm not sure if this product is good or not, we got it free for 6 months, but already use different software free with our provider.

Bought this for an HP computer running windows 10. I really like the SecureAnywhere feature. Runs quietly in the background, and seems to get the job done. Hopefully it will keep the computer protected.

I hadn't read or known much about the product but decided to try since it was included with my new laptop. It was easy to install, use, and wonderfully protecting my laptop and external files. No annoying pop-ups and disturbances as with some other well-known protection software.
