Had kaspersky before but this came with my new computer. You don't have to worry about updates because it seems to always be running in the background. Haven't had it long enough to decide how it is doing. Scan is quick only takes a minute or so instead of the 20 with previous av programs

I'm just starting with webroot which is recommended by Best Buy, but I have always used Norton. Will give it a 4 just on there recommendation but time will tell on wether I agree or not. So far ok.

I wasn't expecting getting any software like this when I purchased my galaxy s7 but very pleased when I did. I installed it onto my laptop that had no previous protection because I'm very displeased with a lot of the other protection softwares out there but this is one I really do like.

I'm a real novice when it comes to techy stuff but this security device seems to do the job extremely well and my computer seems to run at a much faster pace than with other security software!

Provides the security needed to keep my computer protected. Notifies me of any malicious sites and redirects by browsing. Scans all sites is a google search and provides a list of the safe ones.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security (3-Device) (1-Year Subscription) works fine and is quite fast. Again a problem is with the one-year subscription. I would advise buying a license for a product and updating it as you go along for free rather than renting Webroot year-by-year.

I have had great service on my and my husbands computers. Installing software and troubleshooting. Personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. They are helpful with questions on software usage.

I'be used Webroot since I bought my laptop and it has been everything I expected it to be. It got rid of a couple threats I had and haven't had a problem since. I also have it installed on my girlfriends laptop and my tablet. For the protection and features you can't really beat the price.

I found the product to be efficient and easy to use.It works in background but I am also able to check status of my computer. I may pull to forfront anytime to check status of program and computer.

The best kind of security software is the kind that you seldom notice, because it's always working behind the scenes to protect your computer! You just trust it to do what it is supposed to do.

It has a really cool name like web group but Webroot brings to mind something as phone root and that means identity theft to me in so many words I've had so many issues with people trying to break into my secret archives I would just like to feel safe for once is there a way I can feel safe

I received this product for free with the purchase of a laptop. It was easy to install this software, but it remains to be seen whether it's effective.

I was confused when I opened it and there was no disk inside. Just a code under a tag on the back. I screwed up and tried to take the tag off to get the number. You just scratch off the coating. :(

this product was given to me when I bought my computer. It's nice to see that they give away certain items that you will need in the long run I haven't put it on my computer yet because I have a previous installation but once that one expires I will put this one on my computer

The Pre-Black Friday deals are the way to go! Geek Squad installed with the new laptop I purchased during the pre-Black Friday sale.

The Geek Squad installed this anti virus program on my laptop. It seems to be running in the background with no problems. I haven’t explored adding other devices to the service yet.

Hard to know if it really is doing its job without throwing viruses at it. Doesn't seem to cause performance issues and it is not getting in the way.

John and I use Webroot on our laptop everyday to keep viruses from destroying our files. It is easy to install and it takes care of everything that we need. We can utilize Geek Squad when we do have a problem and they are very efficient. The money you pay for this system is well worth it.

I purchase a new computer while traveling for business in Virginia Beach. The customer service was awesome, but when I came home and tried to install this security feature, it doesn't work.
