I waited online for hours and talked to clerks, (unhelpful). However, when I did reach the Geek tech, He was very knowing and efficient, answered all my questions, and made the wait tolerable.

This Internet security works good. Does what it says. And does not have all the annoying pop-ups trying to sell me other products. Just wished the service would last longer than a year at a time.

The Geek Squad installed this anti virus program on my laptop. It seems to be running in the background with no problems. I haven’t explored adding other devices to the service yet.

Webroot seems to be working well. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the constant updating it alerts me of. I wish it did it on its own... Maybe it does but I haven't learned it yet.

Webroot came with a computer purchase I made. I wasn't sure about it at first. But appears to be a reliable security service. It does impact computer operations and is easy to interface with.

I guess this would be good if you go to unknown sources online frequently and if you open random e-mails personally I did not install this program I feel that it is a bloat program on my laptop.

The Pre-Black Friday deals are the way to go! Geek Squad installed with the new laptop I purchased during the pre-Black Friday sale.

I went to my vehicle and let wife finish the purchase. She told me that she was told she had to pay for it by credit card and it would be renewed annually at an undisclosed price in order to purchase it. I never do that. I have called a couple times to see if this was the case. I was told by one person that was not true and I hope that is correct and my wife misunderstood or I will be challenging it if it shows up on my credit card Iin July. It did seem to help some

It is good to have an anti-virus and Webroot is doing the work properly. The software runs in the background and does not annoy the user much. It has a good feature of suggesting the trust level of websites whenever we search for websites over Google. I really like that feature.

I have used numerous other security programs over the years but none of them has done such a good job as the Webroot. It has prevented and safeguarded my business computer from internet interference since I got it. It is also great to have the assistance of the Geek Squad as a backup.

This software came with the purchase of my new Laptop. I was told that it would do everything that my old standby virus protection would do without being an intrusive hog on my operating system. I used it for 90 days free and just purchased subscription because it suits me fine.

bought in store the staff who helped me explained the product and stood behind it. He uses it too. All my questions were answered relating to how secure is the product I have been hacked already.

Liked it myself. Wife didn't care for it. She didn't like the extra layer of sign in protection. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, so keep on mine...took off of hers.

So I literally just downloaded this and it seems to be working well. It scanned my computer already and I had 0 threats (YAY!). So we'll see how this works as I continue to use it (:

The one year coverage for 3 devices is such a great deal! Usually when you buy a new phone, tablet, or computer they will throw in a 6 month Webroot that is a pain cause it feels like you are always renewing! Now I can take care of my phone and 2 home computers just once a year.

I have a home network and use Windows 10, Windows Defender on my Zenbook so WebRoot is unnecessary. I chose not to install it and I have had no problems. If I am going out, I usually take my IPAD and leave the Zenbook at home. Look at how you use your computer and then make your choice.

Not really in to purchasing this type of software because it usually hogs resources. I figured since it was free why not give it a try. So far so good no notice of slowing down the PC.

I like this internet security so much better than what I was using before. I just quietly runs in the background without needing me to do anything. It updates and everything without me. I want to know it is there doing its job without bothering me about it, and Webfoot does just that!

I love the computer buy hate that it came with windows 10. windows 10 runs the battery down fast ans i have to work with it plugged in all the time. but it was a really good price.
