I love the computer buy hate that it came with windows 10. windows 10 runs the battery down fast ans i have to work with it plugged in all the time. but it was a really good price.

The one year coverage for 3 devices is such a great deal! Usually when you buy a new phone, tablet, or computer they will throw in a 6 month Webroot that is a pain cause it feels like you are always renewing! Now I can take care of my phone and 2 home computers just once a year.

The security scan work good but deleting files is confusing. Not sure where they go this was the suggested security software from the geek squad.

Not really in to purchasing this type of software because it usually hogs resources. I figured since it was free why not give it a try. So far so good no notice of slowing down the PC.

bought in store the staff who helped me explained the product and stood behind it. He uses it too. All my questions were answered relating to how secure is the product I have been hacked already.

I have always used Norton. When asked what Best Buy thought between the two they said Norton was the worse one anyone could get, despite millions of reviews online saying Norton is one of the best. Still I figured I would give this a try since it was free with my purchase. However when I went to install the free trial, it required my credit card information. If it was truly a free trial it wouldn't need my information, therefore I did not sign up and I have continued to use Norton which has worked perfectly like it always has.

I haven't installed this yet due to having a free trial come with my new laptop. I'll install once my trial is complete. Always enjoy free software to protect my devices. Thanks Best Buy!

I have a home network and use Windows 10, Windows Defender on my Zenbook so WebRoot is unnecessary. I chose not to install it and I have had no problems. If I am going out, I usually take my IPAD and leave the Zenbook at home. Look at how you use your computer and then make your choice.

I like this internet security so much better than what I was using before. I just quietly runs in the background without needing me to do anything. It updates and everything without me. I want to know it is there doing its job without bothering me about it, and Webfoot does just that!

Got free with my new laptop , , not much I can say besides thanks bestbuy, anything free is always AWESOME

This came in a bundle we bought for our granddaughter and had the Geek Squad do her laptop set up. We have used Webroot A long time and recommended it to her. Great product. Between Webroot and the Geek Squad she should be set to conquer any computer problems she has in college.

This is a good product. I liked the protection it provided. I wasn't able to afford to keep it after my time ran out. If I have the opportunity to get it in the future I definitely will.

The only issue I had was installing the new version. I had to delete the old program to install the new. Otherwise this is a good software to keep your computer safe.

First experience with Webroot. It certainly seems to be less intrusive than McAfee and Norton. No issues thus far which is good when speaking about security. Also less utilization memory/CPU)

My sister has used this product for years and suggested I try it. She felt very secure using the internet with it installed. I love the fact that I don't have to have a credit card on file to download the program. I also don't have to automatic renew if I don't want to.

I cannot give a complete review because I was never actually able to use the antivirus! The disc was not in the case but instead a code which never worked to begin with. The computer I bought had 3 free months but then expired, but I suppose it worked great during those 3 months. I wish we could have actually used the one that was purchased. I am sure it was user error hopefully! I rated 3 stars because it worked during the free 3 months, but I absolutely did not get the one year that was “purchased”.

The Best Buy salesperson recommended this one as he said it does not use a lot of the computer resources and memory. I have no way to verify that, however or compare it to a different product,

I'm very impressed with Webroot and have never had any viruses because it is always running on my pc and picks up any viruses. I'm happy that I never have to worry about it; however, I'm very diligent on making sure I don't click into the unknown. I'm happy with this product.

I have been a user of Webroot for a couple of years now. It runs very unobtrusively in the background while protecting very well. I did some research when I changed and found Webroot was rated much higher than what I had been using. It still works well and handles scans quickly.

This came free with my new desktop . Honestly , can't say that I'm even gonna give this a try . Nice offer , But I already have protection
