It appears to be doing its job. I like the feature of not having to do anything and that it is constantly running in the background with no adverse affects to my usage. Great price, too.

My laptop could not connect to internet, I made an appointment to come in next day with it. The young man explained the membership and benefits of it. He was knowledgeable and polite. Came back next day and in a few minutes my problem was identified and fixed. Very happy customer.

I have had geek squad agent clean out my computer before and they have used this software. It is that good. It constantly scans the computers and downloaded items. I have downloaded several games and add-ons myself and have never had any computer problems because of Webroot.

It's a good anti virus software when you can get it for a very reasonable price although you can't compare it with the best anti virus softwares in the market, I would say it's a safe pick

I got this product as part of my BB GEEK coverage plan on a laptop, which had to be replaced and files transferred. So far (one month), it seems to be a simple, safe, and effective solution.

Every purchase of a laptop or desktop, they tend to include this installment for free. But it does its job to run your computer clean and smoothly.

Have yet to install. But I have never had any issues with Webroot. Helps to stop my ex-wife from stalking me on the internet too. I wish she would just move on already.

sales person suggested this as i was using another product for years asked him why and i liked his answers so i tried it and and so far seems to be great and much faster then my previous one

I've had it on my laptop since I got the laptop. I haven't had any issues with viruses since. I do have the laptop virus protector on as well. I dont if that helps any.

I cannot review this product because I did not install it on my new Dell laptop,even thought it came with a free 6-month trial. The reason I didn't install it was because I already had security subscriptions with Malwarebytes and McAfee Total Protection which I installed because of the protection they have provided me over the years. I felt it was unnecessary to add another protection and incur another cost at the end of the trial period. I'm sure there are many benefits to Webroot but for now I'm satisfied with both of my other two protections.

I needed some work done on a PC. BB offered to put Webroot on my machine and do a diagnostic. It's well reviewed in many other places and basically came free with my service so thumbs up.

Gave it a 3 star rating only because I haven't used it yet (already have antivirus installed). It came free with my laptop purchase.

I got this free with my PC purchase. It is OK, but I think there are better anti virus tools. But, for free, I am not complaining.

It does the job and so far I haven't had any issues with my PC since I got it. Although it's a little pricey it is very much needed to make sure my computer lasts me awhile this time!

A while ago my friend gave me webroot for a year, and I believe it worked well. Now I have an extra copy as well as Kaspersky. It isn't bad, but I prefer the ease of use of Kaspersky.

I like the ability to have the program on multiple devices and that it comes free. My only concern is that I am not certain that it is the best.

So I used to depend on Norton 360 for all my PCs and that software used to slowdown my PCs but I haven't noticed any slowdowns with the Webroot security. It runs in the background, keeps me aware of the web pages I am browsing and is fast.

This was a freebie with a laptop purchase. It worked well, but didn't renew after the 1 yr subscription ended.

Sales person recommended this security software. I haven’t really used it actively. It supposedly runs in the background while the system isn’t busy so as to be unobtrusive.
