While I'll always select what Best Buy recommends and is currently backing, I really like Webroot. This may be the best anti-virus and secure service I have ever used. Love it.

Bestbuy got us using Webroot in 2004. We have used Webroot exclusively ever since. What we really love are the Geeks, Mobile, floor reps, the management of Auburn, California Bestbuy.

I don't know how to review virus protection software. If I don't see it and it doesn't affect my computer performance, then I guess its good. Download and startup was easy.

I have used Malware and Kaspersky in the past. I found over time that Kaspersky had problems with my other programs and actually started leaving my personal information open so much so that I had my credit card numbers stolen. I now have webroot and things are going very well.

Received this item for free with a computer our family purchased. Nice perk if you need it; however, ours has gone used. We downloaded the security program we used with our old computer.

i had to buy a new laptop and needed security on it using this product. it can be installed in 2 other devices so it is a lot of savings. it is just for 1-year subscription though but the good thing is you can always renew once it sends a message of it expiring. Good product.

We love Webroot, have used it for years. I always check with the techs to see what is considered the best whenever we buy new protection. It is almost always Webroot. I don't like that they don't sell the disc anymore, I would rather have a disc in case I have a problem with it.

I bought this security because my previous security was bogging down my aging system. The difference was night and day. Doesn't hog my resources, no resource stealing background scans, plays nice with all of my software, US based company.

This came with my computer. So far so good. I think the success of this type of software also has a lot to do with what type of site you go one. Bad sites have got bad malware! Tee hee!

Came with the computer, package deal. Seems to function properly, easy set up. Compatible with my operating system and other software. Not overly intrusive like some other software.

I've been using Webroot now for 2 years. I use it on 2 different computer and I've never had a problem. It alerts me when I'm entering a bad site. Also to potential viruses. It updates on its own and scans on its own. At this point, I wouldn't trust any other anti-virus.

This came with the purchase. Well worth your consideration. Protecting software is critical. Of the many options, we gave it a try. Works well. Easy to maintain and renew

Webroot is a decent Antivirus software for the average consumer. Competition is tough, so they need to keep up updating and making it user friendly to compete against the likes of McAfee

I like this virus protection software because it provides me with the level of protection I need and has a very user friendly and easy to use interface to scan, change settings, etc . .

We have only been using it for a few weeks, so not a long time. However that said it has not had any conflicts with the software we installed like acrobat, open office and troopmaster.

Referred by the tech guy, I got this with my new MacBook Pro. It does what it's supposed to do, without bugging me in the process. I don't have to check on it, to make sure it's up to date or that it has been run in the last so many days. Simply put, I don't know it's there.

This software provide solid internet protection for the various browsers I use (chrome, Edge, Firefox). It's 4 stars not 5 because it has pop ups from time to time that can be annoying.

I was told by Best Buy this was necessary for a Mac, but told the exact opposite by several computer programmers. No issues so far.
