I got it free with the purchase of my phone, I tried it but didn’t really used it much since my computer is hardly used

Appears to be appropriately described. I just didn't need it at the beginning so I am still using the old system but this should work fine for a while for most home uses.

I got this for free with my computer purchase and it has worked great. It was easy to setup, I just used the key inside, and it has worked without bugging me since then. I get a free year I think, but will probably just keep using it after that since it's already setup.

I followed the installation instructions. When it asked for the product key, it said to type in the number in the lower right corner of the package. Typed it in numerous times, but it wouldn't accept it. Finally put in a call to the Geek Squad number. They had my information from when I purchased it and were able to provide the product key which bore absolutely no resemblance to the one on the package. Very pleased with their help, but Webroot needs to be more clear about where the product key is located.

Excellent protection for my beans new laptop. I use my laptop on a daily basis and I look at a lot of different websites, social media, accounts, etc. I feel very comfortable with this protection plan. It is totally excellent and the price was excellent too.

Have this on eight different machines (yea, 3 lics). Have used it for more than 4 years. Never a problem with slowing machine down - you forget it is running until it says you are going to a bad place. Dashboard a little cumbersome to work with but no biggy.

Great protection, because the last product I had needed to be put on the computer. Each time it update it would slow the computer down. This product protects the computer without slowing the computer down. The support service is along in the US and not other country.

My girlfriend had not used her laptop in over a year. After discovering some nasty virus had attacked , Webroot worked like a charm. Fast and easy set up and the laptop ran like it was brand new. It is still running smooth and my girlfriend is happy. Thanks Best Buy.

I got this product as part of the bundle for my laptop and iPad. It seems to be working well. I did encounter some difficulty installing the product and had to call support. They were very helpful and everything went smoothly after the call. Overall a good product.

i really don't know what to say about this product as i never installed them... i have them... i wonder if they still work lol

Not only does this softwear protect your computer; it also protects two other devices, such as your IPAD. The Geek Squad recommended this when they found malware on my Dell computer ( I already had reputable protection software on it), and I trust Best Buy's Geek Squad!

This is my 5th time to have Webroot do not think that I will ever go with anything else. Have used McAfee and Norton. But not anymore. McAfee was also good but Norton is a joke and a complete pain in the tail end when trying to remove completely from your computer.

never know its running, never caught anything running it. So im either a very safe web surfer or its a very incognito antivirus. too early to tell. But i like it so far

Installed easily, updates were quick, haven't seen it block malicious activity since I tend to stay away from malware. Will continue to test and see how well it continues to perform

I received the Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security as part of a computer purchase. The product was easy to install and is one of the industry leaders in internet security.

solve problems or answer questions quickly, respond with timliness, help me understand what I need to do or they can do it remotely. hd a problems with email and they took much less time, fixed the issue when my internet/phone company could not. Very friendly and helpful

Have used Webroot for many years (over 15) and have always found it to be right on target with anything that may accidentally come through the internet. You are notified immediately; also like that you can renew a subscription early and get a discount!!

I have Kaspersky that still has nearly 200 days left on the one year deal. Talked to BB rep who said I could just hold on to it until Kaspersky runs out. Will install at that time.

the product was ok. easy to install, but limited some of the apps wouldn't work with it installed.

Bought this virus protection to replace Kasparsky virus protection. Haven't had it too long but it appears to do a good job and doesn't slow down computer like Kasparsky did.
