Always good to have some sort of protection. I tend to stick with windows defender as most virus protection software tends to cause lag in the operating system.

This software did its job for the time we had it. It seemed We were protected from viruses while it was installed.

This seems to be a good basic security program. It does everything I need it to do while running unobtrusively in the background. Of course you can run scans and utilize the other features at will, and there are other features to tinker with if you wish.

I have tried many Anti-virus programs,...they all do a reasonable job,..but this one does it better with less notifications that always seem to come at the wrong time,...

The day I set up my laptop, I set this up as well. It is very good at working through anything I am doing on my laptop. If I'm doing work or playing games... I don't sense it slowing down at all. So far so good! I'd continue to let it help protect my laptop.

With a free in-store setup appointment at Best Buy, this software was installed quickly on two laptops. The technician also said that it typically doesn't interfere with other internet security programs, but he eliminated one on my computer anyway.

I bought this along with a Surface Pro, keyboard and mouse, which all are very great. I'm Mac-based and was impressed enough with the Surface Pro to deal with having to use the Windows platform. As for this product...well, I don't know; I had to buy it because I purchased a Windows machine - I don't have to purchase this for Mac machines. No problems so far but I have no idea whether that's due to this product or not. I checked "I would recommend to a friend" only bc I had to check one of the options.

It does a great job without bogging down the Windows system. The virus scans only takes a couple of minutes on my system without putting too much load on it. Independent testers have found that it catches most if not all potential types of threat.

When we purchased our new laptop the Geek Squad memeber recommened this virus protection over the one i was currently using. He showed me the features that this virus protection offers viruses the other one I was using and I like this one way more.

I've has this program on my laptop a couple of months so far and it's on three other family members' devices. It does what it's supposed to do - Safe from bugs and viruses.

I took a chance and accepted the recommendation from the Best Buy employee who sold me my laptop. Thus far, I've been unimpressed by this software. It has some great features, however falls short in so many areas. For instance, there is a feature where you can block/allow access to the internet for any process. Great! However, each time it pops up, it provides as little information as possible as to what the process is, which application requested it, etc. There is far better virus protection software out there.

I used to be a die hard Kaspersky fan since I used it for years and never had a problem. Recently buying a new laptop I decided to try Webroot at the recommendation of the Best Buy associate. Webroot is so much better than I thought it would be.

I already had Webroot so I was familiar with this product. If you call Webroot, which is located in Broomfield, CO, they are great at helping with any problem, even if its outside of Webroot product they will direct you to where you can get help.

This camera is great for the beginners photographer just getting started. Takes some time adjusting to but once you're able to work it the pictures and quality is amazing.

Installation was easy on my pc, but when I tried to install it on my kids ipad it wouldn't install/download. I followed the instruction and tried again, but still no luck.

I got this for free with my purchase of a laptop from Best Buy. Good alternative to nothing if you don't feel like purchasing Internet Security/anti-virus software.

Came highly recommended by one of the technicians and so far I have not been disappointed. I especially appreciate that it runs the virus checks as frequently as it does considering that I am always doing research and visiting all these different sites.

This was a great system that I received when purchasing a laptop at no cost. I had my friend that works in an IT department install it on my laptop. I used it for the trial but did not pay for a subscription to this service.

I never heard of this product before, my computer went down so I took it to Best Buy to fix and this comes with my Geek Squad Service they installed it and I don't do anything I let it work in the background. I used to have McAfee I will never go back.
