I've had this product for a year prior to purchasing it this year. It has protected two of my computers from virus', Trojans etc... it has stopped virus and Trojans as I am on line. It has also warned me when I attempted to open something that was not safe.

This computer protection software works well. I haven’t had a problem with the function of it and it doesn’t do the random popping up that another program I used did. You can scan at anytime and also set it up to daily scan for viruses if you want.

I received this for a Christmas gift. I have only been on my computer for a few days. So far so good. I'm looking forward to using this security features for a long time.

I tried to load software on a laptop that, at one time, already had webroot but would not work. That's why I would not recommend

I received this particular Internet Security and Antivirus for half price when I purchased my Dell laptop. I have been pleased with the performance it offers.

I was happy with the ease of set up for this software. I would have liked it if it didn't waste a case for no disc set up. Just give people a card with the product key.

I'm trusting that this is a great product. It is a different brand of protection than I have used for the past eight years. Recommended by Best Buy, so it must be ok.

Basic program, user friendly. The geek squad was helpful, but very difficult to get on the phone in the Stillwater location; it seems like they were under staffed.

I've been using webroot thhrough the years and I don't think I've ever had a complaint. I got this free w/ the purchase of my laptop, so far no viruses so... A OK!

Web root works great! I usually prefer Kaspersky but this time around I got WebRoot and am thoroughly pleased with the software. It works as its supposed to. Worth the $.

Webroot Internet Security + Antivirus has been a great insurance preventive. Never an issue.

I always use webroot when I buy a computer at Best Buy, the protection is better than any software I have used. My last computer is several years old and has not had a virus with webroot. I can't say that about the other computers I have used in the past.

I was getting an antivirus with the laptop. I have to use it long enough to know how it actuallly is.. I have been using it for a month and does the job well!

I have been using Webroot software for years and have been well satisfied with the product. It has a good backup, password management, (depending on the version you get) and they have great support and virus protection and removal if needed.

I say it not applicable as I have not installed it on my new computer. I was advised by a store rep that the security on the Surface Pro i5 was actually better than Webroot. I do have it installed on my laptop and have been pleased with the results.

What I love most about this product is the extremely quick scans. On my desk top computer, the old virus protection used to take up to 8 hours to scan. Webroot does it in under 2 hours. And it doesn't slow the computer down while doing it. Love it!

I have never heard of this brand before and had my reservations when I asked about security for my laptop when my trusted Mcafee lapsed and this was recommended. I honestly love it. It doesn't slow my computer down and I'm not bombarded by advertising.

We root is wonderful. Always trust it to work for me without fail. Keep on improving the security for this product and I would continue to purchase product.

Webroot being included with the purchase of my laptop is great. Webroot is a great way to protect your devices and the 1st year free will prove that to you.
