I scan my computer after every internet session. The security system is fast and easy to use. The product was recommended by the Best Buy Geek Squad so I trust it is effective.

Only problem I had was scratching off the code. It must have gotten wet because the numbers came off when I peeled it. Called the store and they read a new code over the phone.

I chose this Anti Virus protection based on it doesn't lag your system!! The other great thing.... It works for Windows and MAC, but wait..... ALSO YOUR PHONE!!!! I enjoy the cross format protection and you never notice it is running in the background because it doesn't use much CPU to do so!!! IF you want protection and keep performance then go with WEBROOT!! I trust them and will stay with them!!! I have it installed on Windows Samsung Desktop and MacBook Pro (2017) and even my Iphone! Protection has never been easier!! Did I mention how easy it was to install on all my devices?? It was smooth as butter!!

Had many software issues with one of our older laptops, as it wouldn't shut down, security flags, etc. Had it loaded with another internet security software package and finally called the 800 number. Spent 30-45 minutes with the tech and after they offered me a "special deal" of $100 to fix it, I hung up. Bought the Webroot package at Best Buy at the recommendation of the Geek Squad and will not use anything else going forward. I originally used Webroot a few years ago at the recommendation of Best Buy but moved away from it because I thought that the other company offered more. Big mistake.

I used Webroot when I needed antivirus protection for my two laptops and my cell phone. Webroot has not been a disappointment. It was very easy to install. Clear step by step directions were given as to how to add the antivirus protection. I received six months of Webroot protection when I purchased my new iPad. When the six month coverage was about to expire I was sent a notification, and given the option to purchase protection for a year, and yes I did get the year protection. I've enjoyed the antivirus protection so much that I got Webroot for my mother's laptop and cellphone.

I was pleased with the performance and security I felt from using this software and the ease of installing the Antivirus to my other two computers.

I got this item for free when I purchased my phone at Best Buy. I installed it on my computer. It's okay. Nothing special about it.

I had been a Norton user for years. This provided all the capability of Norton without all the overhead. I no longer had to worry about having a download file getting in the way of my work. The files were done in the background without degrading performance.

I received a free trial with my new computer purchase from Best Buy. I had Norton on my old computer, but this is faster and has kept my computer safe and running smoothly.

When I purchased Geek Squad protection for my daughter's new laptop, it came with this antivirus package. It was very easy to install and a deep scan was surprisingly fast. One nice thing is that you get 3 device licenses and unlimited users per device. I used one on the laptop (with 2 users), one on my home PC (with 2 users), and the last one on my android phone. It doesn't use many resources and doesn't slow anything down.

Usually when I purchase a computer I always get an anti virus software for my computer and the internet. Instead of paying two separate software's, I only had to purchase one. I saved some money. Also, Geek squad will download this software to your computer

This is my third time purchasing webroot protection with three separate laptops. It has kept all of my laptops safe and kills dangerous malware without me even realizing I am at risk! Having this protection has been a peace of mind purchase all three times.

If you need antivirus software this is a great one... very easy to install and use and I have not had a problem since I started using it!
